MOVILIZARTE program is designed to actively contribute to the social inclusion of people with motor disabilities of different kinds, offering mobility solutions designed and adjusted to each case, through activities that benefit both the patient and the entity, guaranteeing a complete service in the rehabilitation process. We have qualified and trained personnel to guide the process from the moment of the formulation of the technical assistance, its delivery, positioning of the user and after-sales-follow-up.
Through the program both the user and the entity are offered follow-up in the treatment of mobility solutions, providing:
- Advice and accompaniment in medical boards for prescription, delivery and positioning.
- Taking anthropometric measurements to the user prior quotation which guarantees adequate positioning of the chair to be delivered.
- After-sales service through control and relevant adjustments (positioning) for 6 months.
- Delivery of the chairs with training to the caregivers to make adjustments, maintenance and proper conservation of the chair.
- Training or education day for doctors, auditors, users and / or caregivers when requested.
- Direct communication with our online specialists.
